My friend, Cynthia H., with whom I sang in a choir for 6 years, asked me to teach her grandchild over Skype, as I live in a Northern State, and he lives in a Southern State. She said they were having a hard time finding a good teacher. He had never had any music lessons before. Here he is after 1 year of lessons with me, at age 15, playing a version of "The Entertainer" by Scott Joplin as a video presentation for my students' 2023 concert.--- Great job, kid! --- The rest of the concert was not recorded this year, but all my students did a beautiful job.

Ann Marie Falcone and Carolyn Holt - 17 yrs. - Graduating Senior, perform Mendelssohn's "Konzertstuck No. 2" for Two Clarinets and Piano with Maribeth Katt at McGregor Nursing Home. I had Carolyn play First Clarinet; I played Second Clarinet. Carolyn and her friend and former clarinet student of mine, Shoshana Klein, oboist, did a full recital as their "last hoorah" for high school.
